Kalaripayattu is an ancient martial art of India, believed to be the oldest martial art in the world (developed more than 3000 years ago). It originated in the southern state of Kerala, India, and is known for its graceful movements, acrobatic techniques, and weapons training. It combines both physical and mental training which helps to develop strength, agility, and control.
